We visited PBR Cowboy Bar and Smokehouse on a Friday and were thoroughly entertained. We went as a double date and only for drinks and music. The staff was very friendly and they offered a wide variety of beer and liquor options including Ohio lager which wasn't very good. The other drinks were great and we enjoyed watching people ride the bull.
Look for the #Bull. After dark the atmosphere is very high energy. You’ll have a blast, perfect vibe for Easton. The bartenders don’t look up sometimes when it’s busy, so order a double. Then go ride the #bull and don’t forget to bring your cowboy hat. They have VIP sections lots of screens for watching sports. I wish the guys would wear the chaps and the little shorts. It would even it out some. There’s cute girls, handsome guys and fantastic food. I’ve been since opening night and the guy barber at the entrance is the best. He’s attentive and your not sitting around waiting to be acknowledged even when it’s not busy I brought a friend here for St. Patrick’s Day. It wasn’t very busy and the back bartender she I don’t know she wasn’t attentive and my friend was like oh this is like the second time she’s been that way and it wasn’t even busy finally got service but then when we came back because the brisket is to die for whoever is cooking give them five stars and two thumbs up because they do a fantastic job. I’ve been here a few times and primarily for the food. The back bartender needs a little bit more customer awareness because even when the bar isn’t busy, she always seems like she’s like frantic or frazzled she’s the main one that works because I’ve been here three times and all three times terrible service. My friend was like let’s go move to the front bar where the guy bartender and he was like watch he’s gonna be on it and sure enough, he was anyway overall, it’s a great place. There’s plenty of parking and it gives a different vibe to Easton town center.
Had the best time and the staff is so friendly. Avery is such a sweetheart and is so easy to talk to. We were well taken care of with her and the manager was extremely nice and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Stopped in and sat at the bar on Monday night. The bartender, Ashley, was attentive and knowledgeable. The food was great and came out timely. Highly recommend the Shishito Peppers. I upgraded the fries with my burger to the cowboy fries. They were really good with the cheese sauce. The establishment was clean and they had great music.
I wanted to personally thank the team at PBR for making my birthday celebration truly unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was seamless, and your attention to detail really stood out. Our group had an amazing time! The atmosphere, the service, and the overall energy of the venue far exceeded our expectations. Carra was a great server and had many suggestions for us since we had never been there before. We came out for lunch. I had the loaded burrito. It was amazing! The price point for the food was great, the atmosphere was amazing. It was a great experience overall!
Lindsay did a fantastic job serving us! Our drinks never ran dry. We had never been to PBR before and her recommendations were spot on! Thanks to Lindsay and her positivity and excellent service we will definitely return! The only negative I would say is the Caesar salad could have used more dressing. Other than that everything was an outstanding! I will also add that if you are going to come around 4:30 to 5 on a Saturday and there are no reservations that show up...Go anyway because we were unable to make reservations however the place was empty. They have large booth areas that are reserved and then the rest of the area is normal for walk-ins. So even if you can't get a reservation walk up and you'll probably be able to get a seat within a reasonable time.
I've been frequenting on Thursday nights specifically for line dancing. I thought it would be fun to do something special, so I had my birthday party at PBR at the beginning of May. From the moment we arrived, the staff was accommodating and helpful. When some of my VIP guests were stuck in line, the bouncer Eli recognized that they were my guests and was extremely helpful with getting them in quickly. He even did it with a smile - often a rarity from security personnel. PBR has a great vibe. I particularly like the wide variety of people that are there. Music is great, and there's always an opportunity to dance.
